Office Pro Plus 2010 Activation

First to Note Office 2010 is a true heavy weight. It more than doubles the size of your registry on a fresh Win7 or Win XP instances. Full Office version requires an activation right away, if you install it on top of your Evaluation copy. You still can open applications without activation, but you can’t  Save, Print or set options.  Trial version allows to work without activation for 29 days.  You can see the day remaining counter in File – Help window. Template Normal.dotm from previous Office 2007 are still working.  They can be shared on the network among Word 2007 and Word 2010.  The same is true for an XLSTART file.…

S. Andrea - Entrance to Impressionism

On Wednesday, August 25 we woke up in Bellagio in Albergo Giardinetto. We followed an interesting breakfast ritual here.  We bought croissants and fresh-cut cold cuts and thin sliced cheeses in the deli right on Via Garibaldi (MICHELE GILARDONI, Alimentari – Salumeria – Rosticceria, Via Bellosio,1) , but we got our coffee and tea from a coffee shop next door.  So it was (1) fast, (2) only 12€ and (3) very stylish. We started our “Walk around the Suburbs of Bellagio” tour, and we didn’t know, what to expect.  Very quickly we crossed the peninsula and discovered some open water on the other side.  It was a hot day, so we both…

Bellagio - Salita Serbelloni

Next morning, Tuesday, August 24, 2010 we went to swim in Mediterranean Sea before breakfast. I didn’t swim.  Only Lira swam, and I was in charge or taking pictures from the pier. Out next point of interest could have been Milan, but as usual we decided to skip cities and continue for a tiny Bellagio (pronounced [belazhio] like in word “pleasure”) on lake Como.  As much I dislike prestigious and expensive places, 2 years ago I was pleasantly surprised by Venice.  And now, we were about to try even more exclusive and posh Bellagio. On the way there, we made a lunch stop at Tortona (Piemonte). This is so not a tourist destination. …

The Fuhrer of Russian Revolution

Like everything else except eternity, this story has a beginning. On a hot summer morning on August 31, 2010 at 7:45 EST in a comfort of fresh air-conditioned air, I am beginning this story, this vacation journal that shows how far Europe and America have moved apart during last 200-300 years. Have they ever been similar? This was our sixth trip to Europe in 11 years. On August 14, 2010 we landed in Zurich. Zurich is located in German-speaking zone of Switzerland.  Switzerland did not join the Euro zone and the currency here is Swiss Franks (CHF).  Our plan was to spend a couple of days here and then venture into a circular…

I started this post long before the trip to Europe.  And finishing it now in the depth ob November.  Do not linger here.  Jump right to the first day in Zurich. Use links bellow to navigate directly to your favorite days and destinations. Just look at a phenomenal rainy weather in Zurich in  August 2010.  It is drought and scorcher in Moscow, but it is cold and rainy in the middle of Europe. I found a real topographical map of entire Switzerland – http://map.schweizmobil.ch/?lang=en This site is amazing in many respects. First, it has a complete topographical coverage for the entire Switzerland as detailed as 1:25000. Second, it allows to switch between pure topographical and…
