    In WordPress you might start getting duplicate email notifications each time a user post a comment. Did you recently change email address either on ADMIN user profile or on General Settings E-mail address?

    All you need to do is to bring those two in sync again. You will get 2 notifications for the article author and for the Site. If both are exactly the same, you will only get one notification.
