    This is a confirmed bug in Outlook 2016:
    After I upgraded from Outlook 2013 to Outlook 2016 (December 18,2015) I can no longer see, when I attach a file, if the message is a Plain Text view.

    what are the ways to contact Microsoft to fix this?
