    Yes! It is possible. You need a Bluetooth for mouse to work.

    If you want vertical scrolling to work, you need to install a driver () that creates a directory DIFX in your “Program Files”.

    However, after each restart the pairing is forgotten and needs to be re-establishing again.

    I do not know how to enable horizontal scrolling.

    Can’t use mouse over Bluetooth and Hotspot over Wi-Fi at the same time!

    Here is a side effect of using Apple mouse over Bluetooth. You can’t use hot spot Wi-Fi on your phone and Bluetooth at the same time.

    Do not pull your hairs. If you are using Apple mouse on PC over Bluetooth, you have to connect to your phone Hotspot over Bluetooth as well.
