    I wrote a small plug-in to fix “apostrophes and quotation marks are prefixed with backslashes” problem. It is activating fine on production system, but I can’t activate t on test box with error message:

    Solution Found:

    Remark out line

    require_once(dirname(__FILE__) . '/../../wp-load.php');

    from ‘bb-config.php’

    Activate a plugin.

    Reactivate the line.
